Researchers had opportunity to discuss with food scientist from various areas, visit cattle and sheep farms and all eight research units:
1) Epidemiological unit for animals
2) Unit for research of ruminant
3) Microbiological unit
4) Unit for investigation of nutrients in blood and tissue of ruminant
5) Unit for investigation of nutrients in human food
6) Unit for investigation of animal food quality
7) Global aspect of ruminant growth – unit for investigation of group breeding of ruminant
8) Unit for economical research oh ruminant breeding
Free acess to whole library of INRA was enabled, as well as insight in all published scientific papers of INRA scientists, validated methods and procedures. The most interesting were attendance to in vivo experiments and tour trough Unit for sensorical evaluation of food, especially if it is known that it is unique and the best equipped in the world.
